Grosvenor Systems was established in 1980 and has built an extensive client list that today comprises both private and public sector organisations and includes property owners, occupiers, commercial managing agents, residential block management and local authorities.

Based at London Bridge, Grosvenor Systems is a privately owned company. We are in a financially stable position and in the last five years our turnover has doubled.

By developing Propman we have created a property management software solution that delivers the very best combination of functionality, reliability, ease of use and value for money, all supported by an outstanding level of service.

By working closely with all our clients we’ve been able to develop unrivalled knowledge of the property management industry, and more importantly, a detailed understanding of the requirements of different types of organisations working within the property sector. It’s this knowledge that has enabled us to deliver a solution that meets the needs of a wide range of clients, from single-user installations to 50-user multi-site clients.
