We carried out a customer satisfaction survey of over 100 clients at our recent Annual Strategy Group meeting in order to assess whether we are providing the right level of service.
Our clients rated our Support staff as being 8.8/10 for helpfulness and 8.2/10 for their satisfaction of the resolution of their query.
The quality of our training has increased year on year with the effectiveness of training increasing to 8.2/10 and the training managers understanding on your business requirements to 8.6/10.
