This year Grosvenor Systems held their Annual Strategy Group Meeting for Propman clients on Friday the 16th July 2010 at The Roof Gardens in High Street Kensington. The meeting provided a forum for users to network and discuss and influence the future direction of Propman.

Tenant Web Access

Following the successful launch of the Propman Web Access applications, providing tenants, clients and users with web access to their information in Propman, Grosvenor Systems Ltd have further enhanced the Tenant Web Application to enable tenants to make payments on-line.

From within the Tenant Web Application the tenant selects which outstanding items to pay and they are then passed to the secure Sage Pay payment site for entry of card details and authorisation. The successful payments are subsequently imported into Propman and automatically posted/allocated. This means that payments can be made at any time of the day and it saves staff time by fully automating the posting and allocation of those payments

This year Grosvenor Systems exhibited and attended The British Property Federation's national conference ‘Turning Points’. The conference examined the turning points in the global recession and its impact on the UK property industry. The session speakers and panelists looked at what went wrong and how we will put it right.

The conference was held at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London on the 16^th June 2009.

Propman version 12 has now been released with a host of new features including currency flags, automatic intercompany journals, service charge report enhancements to RICS standards, full database audit logging and enhanced direct debit functionality. In addition the user defined reporting now provides enhanced 'page setup' functions. The features in Version 12 ensure that Propman remains at the forefront of property management functionality, allowing you to manage your property portfolio more effectivley and efficiently.
